Our Founder

Northwest Suburban Real Estate was founded in 2006 by Sean Lorch. Sean moved to the Naples area of Florida in 2015 to sell real estate in the warmth and sunshine. Sean sold the majority of the company to Bradley Sowell (managing broker) and Andy Van Treeck (real estate broker) who are both full time residents of Northern Illinois.
